Welcome to Restaurant Finder UK. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Restaurant Finder UK ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Restaurant Finder UK operates an online directory platform connecting customers with restaurants across United Kingdom. Our services include:
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We offer 3 subscription tiers for restaurant owners:
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected billing cycle. All fees are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for all fees owed. If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and may suspend or downgrade your subscription after a grace period.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current rate for your subscription tier.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel: (1) You will not be charged on your next renewal date, (2) You will continue to receive all benefits of your paid plan until the end of your current billing period, (3) After your current billing period expires, your account will automatically downgrade to the free tier, (4) Your restaurant listing will remain active but with free tier features only.
All subscription fees are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. Price changes will apply to new subscriptions and renewals. We will provide you with reasonable advance notice of any price changes. Your continued use of the service after the price change goes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified fee.
If a payment fails, we will notify you via email. For initial subscriptions, your account may be immediately suspended. For renewal payments, you will receive a grace period of up to 7 days to update your payment method. If payment is not received within the grace period, your subscription will be automatically downgraded to the free Essential tier.
Restaurant owners are responsible for all content in their listings, including but not limited to restaurant information, descriptions, images, contact details, and social media links. You represent and warrant that:
If you claim an existing restaurant listing, you represent that you are an authorized representative of that restaurant with the right to manage its online presence.
You agree to maintain accurate and up-to-date information in your restaurant listing. We reserve the right to verify listing information and to remove or modify listings that contain inaccurate, misleading, or prohibited content.
Users may submit reviews and ratings for restaurants listed on our platform. By submitting a review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your review content.
Reviews must be based on genuine experiences and must not contain:
We reserve the right to moderate, approve, reject, or remove reviews that violate our guidelines. Reviews from authenticated users with higher ratings may be published immediately, while others may require approval.

The Restaurant Finder UK website, including its design, graphics, logos, text, software, and all other content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you submit to our platform. However, by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with operating and promoting our services.
"Restaurant Finder UK" and related logos are trademarks. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.
Our platform integrates with third-party services including but not limited to Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (authentication), AWS S3 (file storage), and Google reCAPTCHA (spam prevention). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any restaurants listed on our platform. Listings are provided for informational purposes only. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging with any restaurant.
We do not verify the accuracy of user-generated content, including reviews and restaurant listings. Reviews represent the opinions of individual users and do not reflect our views.
We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESTAURANT FINDER UK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED BRITISH POUNDS (£100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Restaurant Finder UK and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@frontierdigitalventures.co. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. We may delete your account and content. Termination does not entitle you to any refund of subscription fees.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in United Kingdom. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Before filing any formal action, you agree to contact us at hello@frontierdigitalventures.co and provide a detailed description of the dispute to allow us an opportunity to resolve it informally.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Restaurant Finder UK regarding the use of our services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
